Our professional experience, organizational capabilities and advanced management and control methods enabled us to take a significant, strategic leap into expanding the Group’s activities to other countries. In recent years Tidhar has developed and executed dozens of international projects in Europe at an investment of over 390 Million Euro. These include residential and office buildings, hotels, holiday and recreation complexes and income yielding assets.

Our current international activities are focused on Eastern European markets, primarily in Bulgaria and Serbia.

Tidhar’s international operations are expanding steadily and we are currently involved in acquiring promising assets for future development in European countries.
