A quality complex, immersed in green in the heart of Tel Aviv
Near the Basel Complex, in the cultural heart of Tel Aviv, the group of companies Tidhar, Acro and Q Real Estate, were chosen to carry out an urban renewal project, which renews an entire block of about 5 dunams, with over 100 existing apartments.
The project will be built by the construction arm of the Tidhar company and was designed by the firm of architects MY Architects, which specializes in modern architecture and meticulous urban renewal projects. The complex will include 3 modern buildings with more than 180 apartments. It will be characterized by low-rise construction that blends in with the character of the street, and spacious green gardens will surround the new buildings.
Basel Complex
The four buildings are located in a block near the Basel complex, close to Dizengoff and within walking distance of cultural and leisure centers, small cafes and designer shops.
