Next to Tidhar House, in Ra’anana’s northern industrial zone, Tidhar built Tamar House – a 5-floor high-tech office building with a total area of 4,500 square meters, of which 1,050 square meters of offices are ready for rent (plug & play). The building, located on 14 Hatidhar St.Ra’anana, is divided into two wings and each floor is 1,100 sqm. As in all of Tidhar’s projects, Tamar House was designed and built to high standards, with 4 hi-speed elevators, 300 parking spaces, central air conditioning, fresh air system, ventilation system for underground parking, an emergency generator for vital systems and more.
