CU complex was built as a unique building, including of 4-8 floors of office space with a Triple-A finishing level, advanced and innovative design. The purchase of the land and the construction were carried out by a purchasing group by way of self-construction. The complex boasts a lively inner boulevard with commercial and entertainment areas and hundreds of convenient parking spaces, creating a perfect work environment.
The office floors were designed to a size of about 1,310sqm, with units ranging from about 250sqm. Each building has 4-7 typical office floors above a commercial ground floor and 4 basement floors, which include parking spaces, warehouses, logistic space and more.
