Another project in collaboration with AMPA and WeWork at Sapir Tower in Ramat Gan. The four-story project was carried out to the company’s very high standards, and combines shared workspaces, together with private offices, with a fresh and innovative design. The finishing work included meeting rooms and informal areas for organizing meetings between community members.

מגדל ספיר מתנשא לגובה של 40 קומות בשטח כולל של כ-60 אלף מ”ר ועוד 5 מרתפי חנייה בשטח של כ-30 אלף מ”ר. במגדל שולבו מערכות מתקדמות לבקרה וחיסכון באנרגיה ומשאבים בהתאם לתקינה הירוקה המחמירה, 13 מעליות מהירות וחכמות, לובאים מפוארים ועיצוב חדשני בסטנדרטים גבוהים. קירות מסך העוטפים את המגדל יוצרים תמונת נוף פנורמית מרהיבה הנשקפת מכל חללי המשרד.

This elliptically shaped tower is the first of the next generation office towers and business centers in Israel, offering a perfect business environment in the heart of Israel’s leading business district, alongside a stylish urban piazza with cafés and restaurants.
The tower is the fruit of a joint venture by three of the country’s oldest and well-established real estate groups – Rogovin, Tidhar and Aviv. Each of these partner companies has extensive experience in the development and construction of the largest and most successful business and commercial complexes in Israel.

The Sapir Tower is 40 stories tall, with a total area of about 60,000 square meters plus 5 parking floors covering 30,000 square meters. Advanced control and energy-saving systems and resources were integrated into the tower’s construction, and it includes 13 rapid and smart elevators, luxurious lobbies and innovative design at the highest standards.
