Modern boutique buildings near Hayarkon Park
The apartment owners on Rabbi Zirelson Street in Tel Aviv chose the Tidhar Group to carry out an urban renewal project for them.
As part of the project, Tidhar will build three new boutique buildings, including 81 apartments in place of the three existing buildings that will be demolished.
The planning of the project was entrusted to Muhlbauer Architects, which specializes in the planning and design of modern boutique buildings in Tel Aviv, while adapting the design to the spirit and character of the neighborhood.
The project is located in Tel Aviv’s Old North, on a quiet street covered in green, within walking distance of Hayarkon Park and Milan Square, but at the same time with great accessibility, both to public transport and to major roads and highways.
