2B Towers, Be’er Ya’akov

Two 21-floor buildings on the main boulevard of Park Hamoshava

The 2B Towers were built for the Yitzhaki Group, near Park Hamoshava in Be'er Yaakov. The buildings are 21-floors high and include 3-, 4-, and 5-room apartments, mini-penthouses and penthouses with spectacular panoramic views. A lot of thought and effort was invested in the planning of the neighborhood to ensure quality of life. The neighborhood includes a variety of developed community services, open spaces, green areas and a recreation center - all within walking distance.
As part of the project, we constructed two towers covering an area of about 13,000 square meters, two floors of underground parking of about 17,500 square meters, and a three-floor commercial structure of 13,000sqm.
